Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility Period - Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase date.
2. Image Usage Limit - You have generated no more than 10 AI virtual staging images during the eligible period. This limit applies only to Virtual Staging image generations; actions such as regeneration, high-resolution downloads, or image editing do not count toward this total.
3. Video Usage Limit - For AI Virtual Tour, you have generated no more than 2 videos during the eligible period.
4. Plan Type - The purchase is for a new subscription or one-time service. Refunds are not available for plan upgrade price differences.
1. Your purchase was made more than 7 days ago.
2. You have generated more than 10 AI virtual staging images or more than 2 AI Virtual Tour videos, regardless of the purchase date.
3. Subscription renewals where you forgot to cancel before the billing date.
4. Dissatisfaction based solely on subjective preferences (e.g., style, taste) after services have been delivered, as our AI outputs are produced according to the specifications provided.
5. You provided incorrect account information (e.g., wrong email or phone number) that prevents us from locating or canceling your subscription.
6. Any plan upgrade price difference — once upgraded, the additional amount is non-refundable.
• Go to your Subscription Information page.
• Click the "Request Refund" button.
• Our system will automatically verify your eligibility based on purchase date, usage limits, and plan type.
• If you qualify, your request will be processed automatically and you will receive an email confirmation. If you are not eligible, you will remain on your current plan and will be notified accordingly.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.
