1. Purchase Timeframe: The refund request must be made within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase date.
2. Usage Limit: The total number of generated images must not exceed 10 images during the eligible period.
1. The purchase was made more than 7 days ago.
2. You have generated more than 10 images, regardless of the timeframe.
3. You forget to cancel your subscription, and it renews for the next month. Refunds will not be issued for recurring subscription charges.
4. Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences, as we strive to ensure that our AI delivers high-quality virtual staging results.
5. If you provide wrong identity information (email or phone number), we can not help you cancel subscription or refund. Please double check if the email is your registered email, or we could not help you retrieve the account
