Terms of Service

By accessing or using Collov.ai, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Service. By using Collov.ai, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• Maintain the security of your account credentials.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Collov.ai offers virtual staging solutions for real estate professionals. Our services include, but are not limited to, virtual furniture staging, photo editing, and interior design visualization.

5.1 You may insert or upload text, images, or other forms of content while using the Services (“Input”), and received output such as text, images, or other forms of content generated and returned by the Services based on the Input (“Output”). Input and Output are collectively referred to as “Content”. As between the parties and to the extent permitted by applicable law and regulation, you own all the Content and are solely responsible for the Content.

5.2 Due to the nature of machine learning, Output may not be unique and Collov.ai may generate similar output if the same or similar input and style templates are provided to the Services. No guarantees are made with respect to content quality and reliability. You are responsible for evaluating the appropriateness of Output for your specific use case.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

• Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code.

7.1 Collov.ai may invoice you for your use of the Services in accordance to the prices on the applicable pricing page and Collov.ai reserves the right to correct pricing errors or mistakes even if an invoice has been issued to You.

7.2 Collov.ai may carry out promotional activities that may result in a discount on price. Due to the time sensitive and promotional nature of the discount, price matching after promotion period and refunds for previous purchases are not available.

7.3 Your subscription could be canceled during its free-trial period at any time. Upon the expiration of your free-trial period, Collov.ai will charge the relevant subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your nominated payment method, unless your subscription is canceled during the free-trial period.

7.4 You can sign up for subscription in either weekly or yearly basis. You acknowledge that your subscription will automatically renew for recurring subscription periods of the same duration until and unless you affirmatively cancel your subscription in your account settings with your App Marketplace following the policies of each App Marketplace. If you choose to unsubscribe and your refund is successful, we will reclaim the coins issued to you.

7.5 The Services may enable you to purchase the in-app coinspack (“Coinspack”). The Coinspack could be redeemed for additional style templates, functionalities, features or enhancements within the Services. You acknowledge that your purchases of Coinspack are final and is non-refundable. The Services may also enable you to use promotional codes to extend your free-trial period (“Promotional Codes”). Promotional Codes have no cash value, are personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable. You acknowledge and agree that the use of Promotional Codes could not be cancelled and Collov.ai has no obligation to provide any compensation in connection with Promotional Codes.

7.6 You agree to provide complete and accurate billing information. You authorize Collov.ai and its affiliates, and third-party payment processor(s), to charge your payment method for any invoiced fees. If your payment cannot be completed, Collov.ai will provide you with notice and may suspend your access to the Services until the payment is received. Payments are non-refundable except as provided in this Agreement.

8.1 Web Version Service
For users accessing our services via the Collov.ai website (https://collov.ai) , we offer a full refunds within 7 days if fewer than 10 photos have been uploaded. All refund eligibility is subject to verification and final approval by our team. For complete terms, conditions, and procedures, please review our Refund Policy at (https://collov.ai/refund).

8.2 Mobile Application (App) Service
Refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Collov.ai mobile application (available on iOS and Android platforms) are governed exclusively by the respective app store policies: Refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple’s/Google's refund process, in accordance with their terms and timelines.

Upon subscribing to our plan, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the AI-generated photos produced through our Service for commercial purposes. This includes the rights to publish these images on listing websites and to resell them to your customers.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, and provided that your subscription level includes API access, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right and license to use our application programming interfaces (“APIs”) and related tools and documentation to incorporate our Services into your products and services. Access to certain APIs may require review and approval, which we may grant at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary if we believe an integration violates these Terms or compromises their intent, including removing your access to our APIs.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Collov.ai disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collov.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service.

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Collov.ai and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
